Part 2

Information for Skaters

Any changes to this Running Order in advance of the Exhibition will be reflected here. Skaters that have their slots moved significantly will be notified via email too. Please double check the schedule on the evening to ensure you know your slot.

In the event that a last minute change needs to be made during the Exhibition, an announcement on the PA system will be made.

Please ensure you head to the appropriate ice pad door when you see the skater that's 6 slots before you enter the ice. (Refer to the event information you received via email). A member of the Event Team will signal to you when it's time for you to head onto the ice. Position yourself in your starting pose as soon as possible. Once you are still, your music will start. After your performance, please make your way to the same door you used to enter swiftly.

Information for Spectators

Update 6/12/23: Spectator Tickets are now sold out.

Entry Time
The session at the rink before the Gala will finish at 14:00. You are welcome to arrive earlier to ease congestion in the Arena, but please ensure you've had your ticket checked first. We will be using stamps to indicate tickets have been checked for the event.

Keep Away From the Ice Pad Area
Please avoid gathering around the edge of the ice pad (on the ground floor) during the event. This is to keep the walkways around the ice as clear as possible for skaters/supervisors, rink and event staff, and allow our media teams to move around in the low-light safely.

Instead, please keep to the reception, café, and first floor of the rink as much as possible.

Avoid Taking Photos/Videos
The club will be recording each performance, and make them available via its YouTube Channel as soon as it can. The processing of these videos is undertaken on volunteered time, so there will be a delay. (We suggest subscribing to the channel to be the first to know when videos are uploaded).

Therefore, we kindly suggest that you refrain from taking your own photos/videos, and enjoy the show! Please also ensure that phones are silenced, as these could be highly distracting to skaters.

Dress warmly!
Ice rinks are giant freezers! You'll definitely want to bring some winter-wear and/or a blanket.

It's not too late to buy tickets! Head to our Club Shop to purchase them (£7 each). Tickets are limited, and are expected to sell out ahead of the event.
