Summer Exhibition 2024

The Cambridge Ice Skating Club is pleased to announce the 2024 Summer Exhibition!
This is a prime opportunity for members of all figure disciplines to showcase their programmes and hard work in a fun, non-competitive environment.
The exhibition will take place on Sunday 30th June, 14:45 - 17:30 at the Cambridge Ice Arena.
Perform your Programme
The skater entry fee for the Exhibition will be £15 per programme.
Skaters wishing to perform their programme(s) need to:
Register with the club (if they haven't done so already).
Submit the Programme Registration Form. (Submit the form multiple times to enter multiple programmes.)
The deadline for registration is Sunday 26th May at 19:00. Registration is not complete until we've received your completed Programme Registration Form.
We aim to confirm programme slots by Sunday 9th June. Any skaters that don't receive a programme slot will be refunded and placed on a waiting list. We encourage skaters on the waiting list to still turn up on the night "ready to go", in the event that a slot becomes available at the last minute.
Join the Crowd
Friends, family and members of the public are invited to attend and cheer our skaters along! Spectator tickets are available through our Club Shop - £10 per person.
Programme slots and ticket numbers are limited by building capacity regulations. Please register/purchase tickets early to avoid disappointment.

Skater/Entrant Terms:
Registration is not complete until The Club receives a Programme Registration form submission including payment from an entrant.
Until the end of the registration period, entrants may withdraw from the event for a full refund. After the end of the registration period, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and only granted in extenuating circumstances. In either case, the entrant must let the club know they won't be skating as soon as possible.
The Event Organising Committee (a subset of the Club Committee) make every effort to enable all skaters to perform in the event, however, the Committee reserves the right to disallow participation without reason.
In the event that participation slots are oversubscribed, we may employ the following guidelines during scheduling:
Limit all skaters to one programme each (additional programme submissions will be refunded).
Give priority to skaters that call the Cambridge Ice Arena their home rink.
Spectator Ticket Terms:
Tickets may be refunded up to two weeks before the exhibition. After this point, no refunds will be given for cancellations.
